This stabilizer was initially in a dead condition. The following repairs were carried out:
Connection wires were replaced
Fuse holder was replaced
Voltmeter was replaced
Input switch was replaced
Output relay was opened and cleaned
After performing all the above steps, the stabilizer started working properly.
