- IC Damaged due to high voltage
- Check 7805 Mosfet transistor output voltage and it its short or fault. If the inverter pcb do not have 7805 mosfet transistor then check the 3 leg IC which may be powering the microcontroller. Also check for the connected componets such as resistors, crystal oscillators capacitors and diodes for faults.
