Basic Issues

• Switch off and on inverter again+Disconnect all battery wires and reconnect again tightly after cleaning (low battery may be due to loose wires)
• Check battery voltage (may be battery low)
• Due to fan issue – please check the point no 2 of the continuous fan run problem section. Video.
• Check for any swollen capacitor.
• May be the low cut and high cut of the battery is shifted. If this is the issue then Go and explore the No charging and overcharging section.
• Either the pin 3 or 5 (which controls the charging) is damaged i.e. main IC is damaged. If this is the case then change the main IC.

Luminous Ecowatt 650+

• Burnt SMD Resistor, Relay and Swollen capacitors.

Sukam Shark 850

• Sukam shark 850 low battery issue occurs when the Pin no 3 IC Sh.Tq 850.1 is not getting 3.4 volt. due to any reason.
• Here is the full diagram of Sukam shark 850 Low battery issue reason and the diagram of IC
• May be the main IC is faulty. Only 0.01% chance.
• Clean all the terminals and re connect.
• Or Dust or corrosion in Pin no 3. Clean the all pins and reinstall the IC.
• Check R15 (47 KOhm) —> R5 (100KOhm) —> PF Capacitor
• May be the C4 capacitor is faulty. Id yes remove the capacitor and check if fault is solved.
