No voltage output from inverter back socket

Basic Checks

Exide solar hybrid

  • Case 1 Due to faulty mains switching relay. The 1f or 2f resistors also changed.
  • Case 2 Due to burnt mosfet. The mosfet and the pulse generating IC was also changed.

Luminous Ecowatt no mains output

Microtek Digital EB 700

  • Problem – No voltage output
Fault – Blown Mosfet, capactors and incorrect voltage output from 80202 IC to the mosfet.
Solution/Fault tracing – Since the mosfet was blown on checking the gate voltage of the drain transformer mosfets were found 11 to 12 v jwhich is wrong > Changed the 80202 IC and the voltage became correct > installed p44 mosfets >  changed the blown capcitors and the inverter started successfully. Video.

Microtek Digital EB 1100

  • Problem – No voltage output
Fault – Faulty “4R70” Resistor connected with the drive IC 80202 or 83202
Solution/Fault Tracing – Checked mosfet by multimeter found ok > checked mosfet when transformer +- is connected to the heatsink by measuring voltage found to be very less than 10 – 12 volt Problem found > checked the drijver ic of the mosfet 80202 or 83202 found ok by checking using its datasheet > checked a resistor 4R70 connceted to the IC and found faulty. Resistor changed and problem solved. Video

Microtek Digital EB 1100

  • Problem – No voltage output
Fault – Blown Mosfet, Blown gate resistors and Blown MOV
Solution/Fault Tracing -Changed Mosfet > Changed Resistors > Changed MOV > then checked Mosfet drive found OK and problem solved. Video.

Microtek 1400 VA

  • Problem – No voltage output
Fault – Faulty diode which is connected to the mosfet from transistors (which is connected to the Controller IC)
Solution/Fault Tracing – Checked mosfet found ok > checked gate resistors found ok > Checked 4 transistors found OK > checked all other resistors found Ok > checked Diode found faulty, changed diode and problem solved. Video

Micromax Microlyte 1125 VA

  • Problem – No voltage output

Fault – Carbon deposition between battery negative wire, solar wire and Transformer center tap
Solution/Fault Tracing – Checked for the 12 v between different locations in the PCB > Found instant huge voltage drop between battery negative and transformer center tap wire > opened the wire, cleared the carbon and problem solved. Video.

Microtek V6 SMD Board

  • Problem – No voltage output
Fault – No pulse drive of one of the channels of 4 channel pcb due to faulty resistance
Solution/Fault Tracing – Checked the pulse of all the channel and found the drive ok of three channels > found no pulse of one of the channel so checked the out voltage of main IC and 83202 ic and components in between and found one resistance changed its value. The resistance was  changed and the problem was solved. The problem was traced with the help of diagram available here. Video.

Microtek JM2000

  • Problem – No voltage output
Fault – Drive pulse dab jaa raha tha kyunki gate ke saamney lage hue do diode kharab ho gaye the.
Solution – Diode changed and problem solved. Video.
    Parts used – FR304 Diode

Luminous Ecowatt 1050 VA

  • Problem – No voltage output in Luminous Ecowatt 1050
Fault – Blown mosfet + faulty gate resistance + faulty gate transistor
Solution – All faulty components changed and problem solved. Video.
Parts used – Mosfet + Gate resistance + gate transistor

Luminous lb vx 675 va

Problem Jab light nahi aati hai tab inverter sahi output deta hai aur jaab light aa ati hai tab Mains output band ho jaati hai
Fault Faulty 12 V relay
Solution Relay changed
Parts Used Relay

Luminous Eco watt 650 VA

Problem Jab light nahi aati hai tab inverter sahi output deta hai aur jaab light aa ati hai tab Mains output band ho jaati hai
Fault
Solution
  • Checked Relay found OK
  • Changed IC 2003, no solution
  • Micro changed (Micro is that IC which controlls the relay on off) Problem solved
Parts Used
  • Relay HF3Fa
  • 1116-03 microcontroller (also written as RD1116-03)

Problem No Output
Fault Mosfet Blast and resistance burn
Tracing
  • First mosfet changed
  • A 50 Ω resistance changed <50 to 500 Ω will work>
  • Inv. started and again resistance burnt
  • A 50 Ω resistance changed <50 to 500 Ω will work> and BTA16 triac changed with BTA800, problem not solved
  • Changed 2021 charging ic, Problem persisted
  • Checked  PFD223J PF capacitor found shorted, changed and problem solved.
Parts Used

  • 50 Ω
  • BTA800 triac
  • 2021 charging IC
  • PFD223J PF capacitor
Comments
  • This PCB don’t switch on without PCB display wires is connected to SMD port
  • Drive voltage do not remain consistent in this pcb so and goes to overload, Check drive immediately after connecting battery wires connected for each mosfet
