Relay problem

  • Problem – Relay turns on at inverter startup and provide reverse voltage to input cable
    Fault – The IC ULN2003AN was fault
    Solution-First the both relay were checked but found correct but on applying battery voltage on relay turns on >Th relay IC ULN2003AN was change and problem solved. Video.
  • If the relay is faulty or if the IC which powers the relay is faulty and relay is sending back ac voltage into the input cable it will defiantly blow the mosfets. In such case do not power on the source and just check the Relay and its IC and all the connecting components.Video.
