Basic Checks
- Due to overheating due to fan fault
- If fan is ok then check thermostat, resistor, diode and IC of the thermostat
- Also check the 28 pin main inverter IC
- Switch off and on inverter again+Disconnect battery wires and reconnect again tightly (low battery may be due to loose wires)
- Check PCB Transformer
- Wrong phase from stabilizer – by changing the polarity the overload problem might solve
- Incoming phase in inverter output wire due to wrong installation also cause the overloading problem. Just rectify the home inverter wire for phase leakage from the main line and the problem will be solved. Video.
- If 83202 IC becomes faulty then also overload error occurs.

- Problem – Overloading error and Blown mosfet
Fault – Mosfet Blown + Faulty gate resistance
Solution – Found blown mosfet > Mosfet changed > Again checked the gate resistance and transistors > found faulty resistors > resistors changed and problem solved. Video.
Parts required – 15 SMD Ohm resistance + Mosfet
